Depending on your eligibility Payoneer may offer you with the Payoneer Business Premium Debit Mastercard® issued by Payoneer Europe Limited under a license by Mastercard, or the Corporate Purchasing Mastercard issued by First Century Bank, N.A., pursuant to license by Mastercard and provided to you by Payoneer Inc. Availability for Payoneer services / products and any feature/benefit thereunder (including with respect to any Payoneer card) is subject to eligibility and Payoneer’s policies and procedures in place from time to time. Not all services/products may be available to all territories in the same way. In Hong Kong the Payoneer Business Premium Debit Mastercard® can only be used by you for cross border transactions, with merchants outside of Hong Kong (whether online or via point-of-sale terminals) and it cannot be used (a) at ATMs in Hong Kong and (b) for transactions in Hong Kong Dollars

You can view the list of fees associated with your Payoneer card in your Payoneer account.
In addition, you can view the general card fees on the Payoneer fees page under The Payoneer card section.
All fees are automatically charged from your account. If the remaining funds are insufficient, the fee will be partially charged, and any remaining charges will be considered as pending debt and will be charged once more funds are loaded into the account.
Note: If you are receiving payments from a Payoneer mass payout company, your fees may vary depending on our agreement with them.
In many countries, Payoneer offers express shipping services via FedEx and/or DHL.
Within the US:
- US Premium FedEx Delivery at a cost of 40 USD (Overall shipping time is generally 4-5 business days*)
Outside the US:
- DHL express shipping at a cost of 40 USD (Overall shipping time is generally 4-7 business days*)
*Actual shipping times may vary depending on FedEx/DHL service availability.
If you are ordering your first card under a specific balance, and have sufficient funds in your Payoneer account, you will have the option to order your card via express shipping.
To order a card from your Payoneer account via express shipping:
- Sign in to Payoneer.
- Select Bank and cards.
- Click on Payoneer cards.
- Click Order now.
- Select a physical card, choose your currency, and verify your shipping address.
- Under Shipping method, select Express shipping.
- Click on Order card.
To ensure that FedEx/DHL can contact you to schedule delivery, please make sure to confirm your phone number by selecting Profile settings under the Settings menu in your online account and update your number if it’s no longer valid.
Note: You must have sufficient funds in your Payoneer account to cover the express shipping cost.

To check whether you are eligible for a Payoneer Card:
- Sign in to Payoneer.
- Select Bank and cards.
- If you are eligible for a Payoneer Card, you’ll see a Payoneer cards option.
- Click Payoneer cards.
- If you see a message inviting you to Order now, you are eligible to order right away.
- If you are not eligible to order now, a message describing the eligibility requirement is displayed.
Note: Eligibility is based on a minimum of 100 USD in payments received to your Payoneer account in the last 6 months.
Please note that due to changes in local regulations, Payoneer can no longer issue and support cards for customers with a postal or actual address in the Russian Federation and India.
If you are eligible for a Payoneer Card, the Order card option will also be displayed in your Payoneer home page in the Balances section.
The Payoneer card is a physical or virtual business credit card that you can associate with the USD, EUR, GBP, or CAD balances in your Payoneer account. The virtual card can be used to purchase online, and the physical card can be also used in stores and ATMs anywhere Mastercard® is accepted. Virtual cards in digital wallets can also be used where supported.
To order a card, you must have a Payoneer account and receive a minimum of 100 USD or equivalent to qualify.
